Privacy Policy and Data Protection Clarification Text

This text explains which personal data AXON Technic processes when you use this website, why, and which rights you have. It is our privacy policy under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our clarification text under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Contact form and e-mail

When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive the details you type in: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number if given, and your message. When you write to us by e-mail, we receive the same kind of information.

We use these details only to answer your enquiry, to prepare an offer and, if a business relationship follows, to carry it out. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f)). We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell or pass them on to third parties.

The form is delivered to our team through the systems that host this website. We keep enquiries as long as the enquiry or the resulting business relationship requires, and longer only where the law obliges us to keep records.

Visitor statistics

Our own page statistics record which page was opened, the country and the approximate city, the device type, the name of the network the visit came from, the referring website and how long the page was open. They use no cookies and store no IP address. A random number kept in your browser tab connects the pages of one visit and is deleted when the tab is closed. To tell new visitors from returning ones, your browser also keeps the date of your last visit in its local storage; it contains no identifier and nothing personal, only a yes-or-no answer to whether you have visited before reaches us, and it is forgotten after 13 months or when you clear your browser data.

Hosting and fonts

This website and its forms are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the technical data every website needs to deliver its pages, such as your IP address, for security and delivery. Cloudflare operates servers in many countries, so this data may be processed outside Türkiye. The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts; Google may record these requests on its servers.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15 to 22 you may ask whether we process your personal data and receive information about it, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing and ask to whom it has been transferred. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority in Türkiye or to the data protection authority of your country.
