Engine Heating Module and Skid Frame

In Short

AXON Technic designs and builds engine heating modules and skid frames: pump and valve skids that keep a gas or diesel engine warm and ready to start, and carry its auxiliary circuits on one frame.

AXON’s heating module is the pump skid between a gas engine generator set and its remote radiator. It moves the coolant of the engine’s cooling circuits and keeps the engine at the temperature its maker asks for: it warms the engine up quickly after a start and holds it steady under load.

Pumps, valves, expansion vessel and instruments are built on one steel skid frame and tested in the factory, so the module is placed and connected on site as one unit. AXON designs the module together with the radiator with its own design software, so the two work as one cooling system.
